North Orange Water and Sewer LLC offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Online Bill Payment

We have patnered with Nextbillpay to extend our payment options for customers interested in using their debit/credit cards to pay their bill. Nextbillpay is a trusted third party automated payment service that allows you to pay your bill online. 

What is the service fee?

Nextbillpay charges a small service fee(2.75% of your bill) to cover payment handling and all processing charges. Service fee will be calculated and disclosed prior to finishing your payment.

Does North Orange Water and Sewer keep any part of the service fee?

North Orange Water and Sewer DOES NOT keep any part of the Nextbillpay service fee. Nextbillpay is a separate entity providing a service for all of our customers.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.


Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, money order and credit cards. If we are not here there is a black box next to the door you can put payments in if you do not have your stub please put your account number on the check or envelope.


If your account is delinquent, disconnected, or in the disconnect process, you MUST contact our office BEFORE you make a payment. Services will not automatically be restored or prevent disconnection if payment is made without contacting our office FIRST.

North Orange Water and Sewer is not liable if you receive a disconnect notice and do not call our office before making payment. Your services may be disconnected and will be subject to a reconnect fee. If you are disconnected, your account balance plus a reconnect fee will need to be paid in FULL before services are reconnected. If you are currently disconnected and make an online payment, your utilities WILL NOT be reconnected unless you contact our office to inform us of the payment.
